New Fish Market❣️ Yesterday I went to the new fish New Fish Market❣️
Yesterday I went to the new fish market just before it officially opened. 
It’s located right front of current fish market.
It’s on the waterfront, with a large white roof that feel open and airy.
I went the restaurant inside called ‘Ichie’ which was in pre-opening. Even though the other shops are supposed to open tomorrow, it honestly felt like they might not be ready in time😱
At ‘Ichie’ when you order, they bring a “ shichirin- table top charcoal grill, to your table, so you can grill fresh seafood your self.

Starting next year, we will resume our classes in Starting next year,  we will resume our classes in a newly renovated kitchen.

That’s a great find—yuzu showing up in Harris Mark That’s a great find—yuzu showing up in Harris Market is definitely a sign it's catching on! Yuzu is a prized citrus fruit in Japanese cuisine, known for its bright, tart flavor that’s somewhere between a lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit. 

It can elevate my cooking and give it a distinctly authentic Japanese foods.

I have so many tangerines from my garden. I’m usin I have so many tangerines from my garden. I’m using them in yogurt, salads, dressings, and making marmalade. This marmalade recipe is an easier version and also uses less sugar.

Recipe 
1. Cut the fruiting half and separate the skin and juice. 
2. Boil the skin for 30 minutes *to remove bitterness, drain and boil the skin twice more ( changing the water each times)
3. Thinly slice part of the peel. Put the rest into a food processor and blend into a purée. 
4. In a pot, combine everything and bring to a boil over medium heat. Skim off any foam and continue boiling until the mixture thickens. It’s ready when you can draw a line across the bottom of the pot with a wooden spatula.
