Cyara Ben

I had a workshop at high school in Sydney. This time I introduced “Cyara Ben” which is a short word of Character Bento (Bento is lunch box). This lunch box is decollete to look like people, characters, popular media, animals and plants etc. Originally this decollete lunch box has intended to interest small children in their foods and encourage to eat foods which they are not fund of.
This time I made this “Chara Ben” with Inari sushi which is kind of sushi used seasoned deep-fried tofu and sushi rice.
The students were very keen to make it and done very good job! All look like fantastic.
